Responsibilities: 

• Assist the project manager in all aspect of projects follow up.
• To station onsite in the construction period (if needed) and follow the status. Monitor and report the work progress to the company.
• Understand the construction drawings and details. Co-operated with the other parties to let the project program on time and ensure compliance to Contract Conditions.
• Control and supervise overall site activities and liaise / coordinate with client's representatives and sub-contractors.
• Gather data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness to make reports. Arrange the installation schedules after discuss with internal & external parties.

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent. Min. 2 years working experience in Senior Site Supervisor. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Site Supervisor.
• Other certificates such as Safety card, Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate, Construction Workers Registration Card.
• Good communication and site management skills. Knowledge of site measurement and quantity surveying is preferred.
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good team player and willing to work under pressure.
• Basic Salary + Middle & Yearend Bonus depend on performance.
