The company Oceanstek (HK) Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1992 and before the company was incorporated, it conducted its business in the name of Ocean Engineering Company which was also a Building Service contractor for Government, Public utilities companies, Building Development, Hotel projects, Manufacturing and Commercial works.

The subsidiary company: Oceanstek International Engineering Co Ltd, in order to catch up fast expansion of business, the company now recruits of following vacancies:

Building Service Co-coordinator (on site) / Engineer

28K-32K         /22K-25K     

Responsibilities

• Responsible for New Building and A & A E&M projects;
• Assist project manager on project planning, coordination and progress monitoring;
• Preparation of technical submissions including temporary works design, method statement and relevant correspondence to consultant for approval;
• Coordination with client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier to ensure timely delivery of projects;

Requirements

• BEng / Higher diploma / Associate degree / High Certificate or above in BS / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 2- 5 years' relevant experience; 
• Familiar with latest practice of building requirements for commercial / Govt projects projects; 
• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Engineer
