Responsibilities:Report to Director and act as an active team player to focus on Costing and Project activities:

 Costing 

• Review and make assessment and cost and benefits analysis for different options / scenario on design concepts, product function / feature, material etc.
• Participate in cost savings and enhancement work by providing a reliable and timely decision analysis.

  Project Activities 

• Coordinate and manage project activities to meet project schedule
• Plan for new product launch initiatives from design to mass production of toys
• Communicate with the customers in Worldwide Market and Internal departments in HK and Mainland China

  Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
• At least 10 years Costing or Industrial engineering & Toys products designer experience;
• In depth knowledge and understanding of relevant products cost buildup and understanding what are the cost contributors;
• Experience in dealing with suppliers in Asia Pacific especially China;
• Confident to communicate with all levels/ different cultural backgrounds;
• Good relationship and people handling skills, meticulous and detail;
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Frequent travel or station China factory would required
