The Job

 Project Administration / Management:

• Formulate, present and monitor projects according to project schedule independently
• Prepare drawings / statutory submissions to landlords / government authorities for approval independently
• Monitor and manage contractors, workmanship to ensure all fixtures and facilities in compliance with Mannings’ requirements and fully complied with government regulations
• Liaise with consultant / designer to work out the specification and engineering requirements of fitting-out work for tender/quotation

 Project Coordination:

• Resolve technical problems and review the site progress ensuring the works to be completed within the schedules in a safe workplace.
• Work closely with Marketing Department regarding implementation of visual communication and design concepts respectively
• Recommend on the signage position of new store in the shopping centre and get management office approval

 Finance Control:

• Assist Project Manager to prepare and forecast the annual budget for new store fitting-out and major store upgrade costs
• To control the Capex of new store and major store upgrade within the CEA/REA approved amount and  budget in a wider perspective

 The Person

• Tertiary education in technical field – interior design, building services, building studies, surveying, electrical & mechanical studies
• 5-8 years working experiences in store fitting-out works, familiar with Government regulations
• Good knowledge in preparation and issuance of tender document and perform tender analysis
• Strong project management, negotiation and communication skills
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skill with landlord, internal department representatives and external parties
• Able to handle correspondences independently
• CAD drafting skill is essential and Photo retouching skill and knowledge in MS Project is an advantage
