Our Client, a Japanese electronics company is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the position of Assistant Marketing Officer .

Responsibilities

• Handle quotation request, follow up with suppliers and Sales team.
• Maintain system's data of suppliers’ price information 
• Consolidate information from suppliers and notify Sales team for affected customers
• Prepare document and defective sample to suppliers, follow up the progress
• Support sales activities by providing updated information on suppliers’ products

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 year experience in electronic component distributor or supplier industry
• Knowledge in electronics component products, quotation, price negotiation with suppliers, quotation list maintenance 
• Knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, Oracle
• Fresh graduate will be considered as well
