Job Description
Based in Sweden, our client is a retailer with 100+ stores in Europe focusing on tools, household products, electronic products, equipment, car parts, materials, leisure items etc.
Its HK buying office is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Benefits: Bonus, 9:00am- 6:00pm, 15 AL, 5-day, medical, dental…
Employment: permanent job and our client will directly employ candidate
Responsibilities:
- Administer audit schedule and pre-audit coordination with suppliers
- Conduct Code of Conduct Audits in China and Asian countries
- Submit audit report in timely and quality manner
- Prepare regular updates to management
- Manage in-house factory database
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Assist internal and external Code of Conduct trainings
- Perform ad hoc visits & projects
Requirements:
- At least 2 years Code of Conduct auditing experience for factories producing diversified merchandises in China and Asian countries
- Degree holder in Social Science or Accounting preferred
- High degree of work ethics and integrity is a must
- SA8000 Lead Auditor and background with animal welfare practices are absolute advantages
- Knowledgeable in local labor, health and safety and environmental laws as well as CSR standards such as EICC & SA8000 in different Asian countries
- Experience in developing and monitoring Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers will be a definite advantage
- Experience in suppliers’ training and coaching is highly preferred
