Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility is to coordinate with clients and sub- contractors to monitor progress respective projects mainly in the kitchen.
• Liaise and coodinate with customers, external consultante, vendors/ subcontractors for project management to ensure quality project delivery
• Know how to use Autocad will be a bonus
• Require to make amendments on client's drawings etc.
• Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule.
• Attend site visits and meetings.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in engineering or construction related disciplines or minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Alternative Saturdays
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Working experience in the kitchen field or Food and Beverage will be an advantage
• Some experiences in AutoCad is preferable.
• Good command of spoken and written English/ Chinese/ Cantonese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to work in an atmosphere with deadlines
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Project Coordinator.
• Ocassional travelling to China and Macau is required depending on the project.
• Short stay (1-2 days) in China and Macau is required depending on the project.
