Responsibilities:

• Work out technical solution, debug and provide product support for smart home project and other services
• Implement and coordinate with pilot users and various team for smooth smart home pilot run and daily operation
• Closely monitor for the pilot-run status and technical issues
• Conduct case inspections and prepare relevant investigation reports
• Handling enquires on pilot program, recruitment, reschedule and complaints by phone and email
• Provide guide tour to potential users, organizations and other counterparts
• Assist ad-hoc assignment as requires

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience inproducts and service development for B2C services, specialized in Home Automation, Smart Home, Smart Living, Smart City, Internet of Things, e-Health arena or work in related IT companies are definitely an advantage
• Diploma or above in Engineering (e.g. Intelligent Buildings & Automation Engineering, Automated Network Technologies and Applications, etc.)/ Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Sensitive to social trends with a passion for helping the seniors
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• A good team player, Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle task independently in a dynamic environment
• Fluent of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work on weekend/ holidays if necessary
