Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership regarding the design and testing of the medical devices for molecular diagnosis.
- Generate design concepts, prototype builds, pre-clinical evaluations, and transfer of product to manufacturing.
- Develop, maintain and execute R&D project plans and coordinate cross functional team developmental activities in support of company's strategic plan.
- Devise and implement systematic management; monitor project status and overall process toward project goals.
- Liaise with vendors and external research organizations to carry out the strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Master or above in mechanics, electronics, optical and other related disciplines.
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in the development of medical devices.
- Strong technical experience in design, debug and problem solving.
- Experience in project development and management, application and commercialization of research findings.
- Excellent communicate skills to communicate with colleagues at all levels and top management.
- Strong organization, planning and work coordination skills.
- Mature, responsible, independent, detail-minded and can work under pressure.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
