Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the production department goals, projects, policies, procedures, methods and controls
• Supervise to manufacture beverages or related products that fulfill our quality standards
• Ensure to manufacture sufficient products to support sales demands with precise control of timeliness and the cost
• Ensure the operation in compliance with regulations and rules published by government
• Direct the general production activities including maintenance of the factory building, house keeping of production and warehouse areas
• Prepare and revise production related procedure, working instruction and documents
• Solve the production, qualiy and logistic problems with respective parties
• Initiate improvement activities, covered by production process and performance, quality and cost
• Coordinate with other departments concerning short and long term operation needs and plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related disciplines
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in supervisory level
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communcation, project management and problem solving skills
