Responsibilities: 

• Reporting to Senior Officer, the responsibilities of Group Corporate Affairs − Production Coordinator will be to support the team in relation to the Group’s corporate communications functions
• These include
• Ensuring consistent brand applications across all communications materials
• Working with the web service provider to maintain and update the Group’s website
• Coordinating for the design and production of corporate events
• Managing the production of in-house publications
• Maintaining the photo and publication archive
• Liaising with internal units and external vendors on various projects
• Preparing timelines, production schedules and budgets for projects 

Requirements: 

• Diploma/Certificate/Degree holder or equivalent. Preferably in Marketing, Communications, Design or related discipline
• 5 years’ relevant experience in a multi-national company
• Energetic, self-initiated, well-organized and results driven
• Be able to communicate with clarity and to work with people at different levels
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency of PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop) with knowledge in graphics and design software an advantage
