Job Responsibilities:

• Provide On-site technical support

  提供上門IT服務及技術支援予客戶

• Responsible for hardware/software problem troubleshooting

  負責電腦硬件及軟件技術支援

• Handle network printer setup & PC cloning 

   負責影印機設置及電腦備份

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

  中五或以上教育程度

• At least 1 year working experience in IT field

  必須具有一年或以上電腦相關工作經驗

• Exp. In PC software & hardware supports with trouble shooting

  具有電腦硬件及軟件維修經驗

• Experience in Microsoft Office support is preferred

  具有Microsoft Office支援經驗

• Knowledge of basic printer trouble shooting is preferred

  具有基本影印機維修經驗
