Job Duties:

1. Handle customer enquiries and trouble-shooting on CCTV and networking products;
   
2. Support sales team in CCTV system design and implementation;
3. Assist Manager in managing product portfolio and new product development progress;
4. Handle RMA;
5. Prepare technical documents such as datasheets, installation manuals, test reports, etc;
6. Pre-sales and after-sale support.

Requirements:

1. Degree or Higher Dip. in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent;
2. 2 year solid experience in technical support of ELV and networking products;
3. Knowledge in routing, switching and CCTV network implementation;
4. CCNA certified with CCNP is a plus;
5. Customer focused,excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
7. Occasionally overseas travel may be required;
