The position is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our diagnostics products.  Key responsibilities include the followings:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the pre-installation assessment of instruments and assay integration processes and needs at the customer sites.
• Assess customer personnel training needs and partners with pre-installation team members and colleagues in the service organizations to create training and smooth transition to implementation plans
• Support new instrument and assay implementations through Test Of Record (TOR), especially for the customer validation and verification studies
• Support Sales Service to hospitals and private laboratories

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Electronics or Medical
• 3 year of experience in laboratory environment, field service, technical call center, or Diagnostics products
• Laboratory science/medical technology background preferred
• IT knowledge is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Frequent travelling is required
