Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team to fulfill business requirements, including business evaluation & analysis, planning and delivery by using automatic tools of Business Support Systems
- Assess and manage business process metrics to enhance business process effectiveness
- Collaborate with different departments to handle new business requirements; design and deliver new business process
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Telecommunications or related disciplines
- 1-2 years’ experience in Operations and Routing management, SMS service and Telecommunications application service operation are preferred
- Knowledgeable about new services in internet and telecommunications
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
- Sound analytical skill with clear mindset, good interpersonal skills and self-initiated
- Willing to work overtime for quality business support
