Responsibilities: 

• Support sales team to fulfill business requirements, including business evaluation & analysis, planning and delivery by using automatic tools of Business Support Systems
• Assess and manage business process metrics to enhance business process effectiveness
• Collaborate with different departments to handle new business requirements; design and deliver new business process

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Telecommunications or related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ experience in Operations and Routing management, SMS service and Telecommunications application service operation are preferred
• Knowledgeable about new services in internet and telecommunications
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
• Sound analytical skill with clear mindset, good interpersonal skills and self-initiated
• Willing to work overtime for quality business support
