Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering works, including but not limited to HVAC, Electrical and P&D system
• Liaise with relevant departments/vendors to maintain smooth operation for the group
• Ensure the compliance of all statutory regulations concerning safety and fire requirements
• Supervise a team of Engineers/Technicians to carry out repair/maintenance works
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Building Services/Electrical or related disciplines with holder of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B0 or above)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in property management industry
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications and tender procedures for procurement of works contracts
• Well-organized, able to prioritize with good communication/leadership skill
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
