Languages
Oral and written proficiency in English, Mandarin, & Cantonese, other languages skills (German, French or Spanish) are an asset

Education   
Academic background in Engineering, Merchandising, Quality Control & Quality Assurance, and/or International Business preferably; 

Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international company or a company with international exposure; Experience in machine engineering practice, incoming and outgoing materials control, consigned materials coordination between factories; which includes project and production management responsibility. 

Requirements 

• Be part of a dynamic international team with offices in Switzerland, Hong Kong and China
• Nothing less than total dedication 
• Materials in and out control in terms of on time delivery and quality control between factories
• Design, set up & monitor the production lines to ensure the flow is efficient and effective
• Engineering background and/or strong manufacturing knowledge including machines and materials control
• Lead and support initiatives in all product manufacturing aspects including but not limited to quality improvement, process improvement, documentation and cost reduction
• Handle and solve the real time problem in production line, manufacturing process and process requirements of new or existing product lines. 
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to organize and capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details
• Self motivated, reliable and able to work independently 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Power Point and Word; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• General knowledge of material and toy safety regulations
• Travel to Mainland China occasionally for materials control
