Responsibilities:

• Design, set up & monitor the production lines to ensure the flow is efficient and effective
• Demonstrates strong communication skills by clearly documenting activities and presenting information, technical content and ideas through spoken and written words / listens well
• Estimates manufacturing cost, determines manufacturing process flow and time standards
• Implement Lean concepts in manufacturing process and administration process
• Drive for continuous improvement in manufacturing process to optimize productivity and quality excellent
• Makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
• Any other tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Over 6 years experience in manufacturing field, experience in manufacturing engineering functions or process development / improvement for micro switch, sensor, and motor is an advantage
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and process control
• Familiarity with the process of integrating technical designs into a production environment
• Lean and Six Sigma implementation experience
• Experience in managing complex and high profile projects
• In processing and final quality control
• Fluent in spoken and written English, good in communication skills
