Authority & Responsibility:

l   Be the customers’ primary contact on project and related activities and assist to provide full project management and follow-up services to customers;

l   Coordinate and communicate with customers and various parties throughout the project to ensure smooth implementation;

l   Monitor deadline of multi-projects, meet customer expectation with on-time delivery;

l   Prepare quotations and related documents as per client’s requests;

l   Perform the contract review and liaise with customers on any requests or inquiries;

l   Assist to review projects with technical staff. Assist to resolve technical problems from customers and internal technical staff;

l   Accomplish the assignment given by supervisor or top management.

Academic Qualification:                   

l  Higher Diploma or equivalent in Project Management, Manufacturing, Business or related disciplines disciplinary

Skills & Experience:

l  Well-organized, highly reliable, able to work independently, willing to learn;

l  Good interpersonal and communication skills;

l  Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

l  Willing to work overtime.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.
