Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site repairing service to Channel and end-user
• Handling customer complaint and resolve the technical problem
• Participate in new products technical support and deliver reviews
• Co-work with 3rd party repair technician on providing technical solution

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of experience in field service (repairing)
• Professional knowledge in CTV product
• Hardworking and self-motivated
• Willing to work outdoor
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Work Location: Warehouse, Service center and field
• Working Time: 5.5 days per week in a roster basis
