Reporting to Head of Technology, he/she will be responsible for product development for our Call & Care Service and new business areas; lead the team in development of devices and related firmware and software systems; collaborate with multiple teams to define product requirements and provide technical support in operation; demonstrate strong digital product development acumen in product strategy, design and development; assure product quality by evaluating electrical systems, products, components and bill of material; review inventory and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules; be responsible for product, vendor and material sourcing; negotiate costs, terms and conditions with vendors.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor/Master holder in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in product development with at least 5+ years at managerial level
• Working experience in development of wireless communication device is preferred
• Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
• Excellent presentation skills to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Passion to apply strong business skillsets and judgement to the unique environment of a leading social enterprise
• Strong strategic mindset, leadership skills, communication skills, people management abilities
• Flexible and dynamic, ability to collaborate with teams across diverse functions
• Excellent English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
