Responsibilities:

• Assist project co-ordination, liaises with vendor, consultants and contractors
• Maintain R&M system, updating database and filing control
• Assist to prepare the departmental report and documentation (i.e. facilities status, payment status, Repair & Maintenance, tendering, contract document…etc.)
• To assist in handling facilities department duties (i.e. license, public utilities, government issues)
• Provide clerical & administrative support to various teams of the department
• Ad hoc assignment when require

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, with 1-2 year relevant experience (in retail or F&B)
• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, mature and independent
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Chinese word processing)
