To cope with the growth of the business, we are looking for candidates with strong ability to join our Diabetes Care team.  The role will be responsible for providing after sales service to all hospitals units, research institutions and reference laboratories in the public and private sectors.

Core responsibilities include the followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out instrument installation
2. Implement corrective and preventive maintenance in the field
3. Perform application and related troubleshooting
4. Deliver customer training for instruments operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
5. Document the in-field service reports and file complaints
6. Provide support by phone

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Science or Engineering disciplines
2. Proven experience in healthcare industry
3. Good time management and documentation skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluent in Cantonese and English
6. Good computing and programing knowledge is preferred
