Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Electronic Engineering/Purchasing & Supply Chain Management;
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in the purchasing and sourcing
• Experience in purchasing technical components within electronic production
• Experience with electronic products and components, PCB, data-sheets, part number
• Familiar with cost analysis knowledge is preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English / Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good skilled MS Office, Excel, database
• Willingness and availability to travel

Job Description:

• Identify and develop local or Best Cost Country suppliers
• Frequent supplier contacts, interfaces with Dept. Manager
• Components market research activities for new technologies/solutions
• Supplier component quality monitoring, technical feasibility through supplier
• Analyze datasheet and documentation from supplier
• On site – supplier QC and Incoming QC
• Additional duties as assigned by management
• MOQ, monthly component STD, lead time, costs, currency exchange rate follow-up and reporting
