Job responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day development projects and activities between the US office and the factories
• Coordinate with other departments and the factories to ensure projects and products are executed according to plan
• Manage open timelines and plans for all projects in development from ideation to production
• Own product development roadmap/reviewing fabrics, colors, patterns, design, finish product, pricing & final spec sheets
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple products
• Frequent travel to China
• An outstanding work ethic, high- integrity, team player attitude
• Exceptional organizational skills and a great attention to detail

  Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Engineering, Marketing or Related
• Minimum 5 year experience in Children toys
• Good knowledge of product costing and component evaluations
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• More working experiences will consider for a senior post
