Job Duties:

  • Lead the Textile & Apparel team to formulate and implement both R&D and consultancy projects of smart machinery up to the required professional level, and perform project management tasks
  • Analyze customer needs and identify new technology and business trends in Textile & Apparel Industry
  • Formulate technology dissemination events including seminar, conference, training, overseas missions to promote new technology and developed application
  • Undertake project administration and management work in SAP system
  • Travel to Mainland China occasionally for on-site study and project implementation
  • Support ad hoc assignments if necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation, Control & Programming, Textile & Apparel or equivalent
  • At least 10-year experience in Textile & Apparel machinery development, 5-year experience in bra cup industry and ore more 3 years at managerial level
  • Experience in 3D Printing, Robotic, Image Processing, AR/VR technology an advantage
  • Experience in conducting ITF project a plus
  • Mature, self-motivated and devoted with passion in R&D work
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
