Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operation (MVAC system installation) of the team and subcontractors to ensure the works are carried out in compliance with specific requirements and in accordance with the agreed sequence as indicated on scheduled programme.
• Coordinate the pre-construction / construction activities; Liaise closely with subcontractors, consultants and/or client in order to solve all technical problems in advance.
• Reviewing and commenting on consultants’ deliverable and contractors’ submissions.
• Assists in monitoring contractor's submissions.

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Construction or related discipline;
• Can work independently
• Require full-time on site
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, AUTOCAD and Chinese Word Processing
• Fresh graduate are welcome
