Responsibilities

-          Manage the day-to-day accounting for sales

-          Prepare customer contracts and invoices

-          Monitor accounts receivables, issue monthly statements and follow up with customers where necessary

-          Oversee the customer database, including setting up new customers and assessing credit terms

-          Prepare bank reconciliations and sales-related schedules

-          Assist with commissions calculations

-          Assist with month-end closing, management and external reporting, forecasts and budgets

-          Assist with adhoc assignments, analyses, and process improvement initiatives

-          Candidates with more experience will be considered for an Accountant position, overseeing the full set of accounts and supervising the purchases accounting function

Job Requirements

-          F.5 Graduate, Associate Degree Holder or High Diploma Holder in Accounting major or related disciplines

-          At least 3 year’s solid accounting experience

-          Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

-          Proficiency in Excel required; experience with MYOB advantageous

-          Detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
