Duties

• Supervise subordinates to carry out financial and accounting functions to the group
• Perform group reporting, management reporting, budgeting and forecast, cash flows and other management reporting requirements
• Liaise with bankers, tax consultants and external auditors for statutory audit and tax filing matters
• Participate in systems set-up and compliance matters to the group
• Actively participate in ad hoc assignments and corporate projects
• Assist providing company secretarial services to the group

Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Qualified CPA with Big 4 CPA firms’ training
• Preferably a member of HKICS / ICSA
• 6-8 years of auditing and commercial experience in listed companies
