Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operation for payment, reimbursements, prepare vouchers and cheque issue
- Keep records of financial transactions and ensure accuracy of data
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare monthly reconciliation, schedule financial and management reports
- Handling ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, LCCI Certificate or Diploma in accounting or equivalent
- 1-5 years accounting experience (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Accounts Clerk)
- Sensitive to figures, detail-minded and good communication skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Quick Book Accounting Software is advantage
- Independent, self-motivated and good communication
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & China Word Processing
- Immediate available would be an advantage
- Working Location : Quarry Bay
