We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Financial Accountant to join our Finance team.

Your Position

You will be part of our Finance team and contribute to the Director, Finance and the management with major responsibilities in financial analysis, business performance monitoring and client activation process. 

• Prepare monthly reports on financial targets 
• Provide support with annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Work closely with other teams in the business to collect and analyze reporting requirements
• Coordinate and plan with frequent liaison with sales team and business units in respect of client activation
• Initiate and develop value-added reports to improve efficiency for analysis
• Ensure data integrity and participate in development projects for various systems
• Monitor invoicing process and coordinate recurring billing process

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in commercial field
• Strong numerical, budgeting, analytical skills with proficiency in Pivot table, Sumif and vlookup Excel function
• Knowledge of summarizing data in PowerPoint for presentation use 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills English and Chinese. Conversational Mandarin will be an advantage
• Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn
• Able to work under pressure, adapt with new challenges and a good team player
