Job Duties:

• Analyze clients’ operations and market demands to identify potential areas for productivity improvement and innovation by the development of applications of intelligent technology and robotics system
• 分析客戶的運營和市場需求，並甄別可以通過開發智能技術和機器人系統的應用提高生產力和創新的潛在領域
  

• Work out proposed solutions based on feasibility study, and develop feasible solutions on optimizing and innovating the client’s operations and services by study and applications of intelligent technology and robotics system (i.e., big-data based analysis, sensor data proceeding, processes modeling, machine vision, machine cognition and learning, decision-making etc.) for productivity improvement
• 基於可行性研究制定出所建議的解決方案，並通過智能技術和機器人系統的研究和應用（包括基於大數據的分析、傳感器數據處理、流程建模、機器視覺、機器認知及學習，決策等）開發可優化及創新客戶運營和服務的可行解決方案，提高生產力
  

• Explore the new technical solutions and applications through the commercial consultancy projects and government funding (e.g., Innovation Technology Fund, etc.) and continuously develop the new competences 
• 利用商業顧問研發項目和政府資助項目的申請（如創新科技基金等）發掘新的技術解決方案和應用，並不斷開發新的能力
  

• Lead the project team to carry out solution design and development, system integration, testing and commissioning, and project management to complete engineering turn-key consultancy projects and government funding projects
• 帶領項目團隊進行方案設計、系統開發和集成，測試和調試，以及項目管理，以完成交輪匙工程技術項目和政府資助的項目
  

• Develop and deliver training courses, workshops, study missions to promote newly developed intelligent technology and robotics systems to innovate/ extend the team’s existing services
• 開發和提供培訓課程、研討會和考察團，以推廣新的智能技術和機器人系統，創新和拓展團隊現有服務
  

• Broaden network with industry/ vendors/ solution providers/ relevant associations and foster partnership, promote and market the consultancy services on intelligent technology and robotics systems, and implement project prospection
• 拓寬與行業用戶、供應商、解決方案提供者、相關協會聯繫的網絡，促進合作關係，推廣並推銷智能技術和機器人系統專業技術服務，以及跟進潛在的項目
  

• Occasional travel to the mainland to carry out projects
• 需要不時地前往大陸開展項目

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above from disciplines such as Automation, Mechatronics and Robotics, Intelligent System, System Engineering or equivalent with 5 years’ relevant experience
• 自動化、機電一體化、機器人、智能系統、系統工程或相關專業學士學位或以上學歷，至少5年以上相關工作經驗
  

• Experience in intelligent system development preferred
• 具有智能系統開發經驗者優先
  

• Skill in AI and robotics system development and applications an advantage
• 具有人工智能和機器人系統技術開發和應用技能者優先
  

• Good interpersonal, presentation, communication, and teamwork skills
• 具有良好的人際關係能力、表達能力、溝通能力和團隊合作能力
  

• Mature, self-motivated, can work under pressure, willing to learn and take challenge
• 成熟，主動與自我激勵，能承受壓力，願意學習和接受挑戰
  

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• 良好的英文和中文說寫的能力，包括普通話

The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
