Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan for plant assessment / PO (Process Optimization) project activities
- Execute plant assessment as per scope of process optimization
- Facilitate developing project proposal based on assessment findings with details of program design and have meeting with factory top management
- Develop program details and prepare execution strategy for process optimization
- Effectively monitor and communicate project progression with client and Impactiva leadership
- Designing P&Ps (Process & Procedures) and consistently improve based on world class standards
- Develop and conduct presentations to a client
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent (Industrial engineering or manufacturing systems is preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ lean or continuous improvement experience in Apparel / Footwear Industry
- Knowledge of VSM (Value Stream Mapping), ROI (Return on Investment) and Kaizen methodology
- Willing to travel anywhere for global project needs
- Good command of Spoken and Written English
