The Job:

• To successfully manage the introduction of new products as required by the Project Support Engineering Team Leaders into supplier's manufacturing site
• To provide engineering support of products and processes for manufacturing
• To investigate and implement product, process and technology imporvements that achieves total lowest cost while maintaining safety, quality and throughput objectives
• Provide technical process, product and equipment support to manufacturing teams
• To resolve quality issue
• To assist in championing the improvement of supplier quality

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipine
• Experience in manufacturing processes, procedures and documentation
• Good knowledge in supplier quality management and 5S/FMEA/SPC/problem solving tools and techniques
• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Positive, hardworking and strong communication skills
• Frequent travel is requiared
