Roles and Responsibility

The job holder will be responsible for:

• lead, coordinate and implement environmental related consultancy projects (i.e. Environmental Team Leader / Independence Environmental Checker / Green Building Consultant)
• manage LEED / BEAM Plus / Commissioning / IAQ / Environmental Monitoring & Auditing (EM&A) projects
• support Aermod / PATH-2016 / Air Ventilation Assessment (AVA) / Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) projects
• communicate and coordinate with project teams and clients (e.g. architect, M&E, QS, landscape architect, structures etc) would be required.
• conduct product and technology research related to sustainability.
• conduct research supporting green building standards as applicable to projects.

 Requirements 

• Degree holder with more than 2-year working experience in Building Services/Mechanical/ /Environmental Engineering or relevant disciplines, fresh graduate will be consider as Assistant Consultant.
• Solid experience in Energy Modeling, green building certification/design, e.g. BEAM Plus, LEED, etc…
• Must be confident, organized and have initiative and be able to work independently
• Customer and proactive mindset; good and effective communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Ability to multi-task an work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in modeling software, e.g. Aermod, Path, Fluent, Rhinoceros, Radiance, DiaLux, etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe and etc
• Occasionally travel and site work will be required
