Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related disciplines
• At least 10 years solid experience in toy industry
• Good knowledge of ISO
• Strong communication skill, inter-personal skill, business sense, self-motivated, high level of integrity, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the factories’ entire manufacturing daily operations including production, quality control, PMC, supply chain management, etc.
• Closely communicate with the factories and recommend solutions to resolve problems on critical processes, including to Identify, recommend and implement changes necessary to improve productivity and reduce cost, scrap, and rework
• Coordinate managers on development of mechanical design in collaboration with our US design team and factories for product innovation, material selection, and producibility
• Monitor and report the manufacturing performance and progress, and take timely remedial actions when necessary
• Ensure compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements such as labour laws, safety regulations, code of conduct requirements, and the standard operation procedures
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and implement improvement initiatives for higher productivity and manufacturing excellence
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and lead to resolve problems or complaints from customers, if any
• Direct report to the Senior Management
• Station in Dongguan
