The engineering team based in Hong Kong is part of global engineering group. The Network Provisioning Engineer’s primary function is to manage customer provisioning and maintain the provisioning database.

Job Duties

• To maintain the provisioning database up-to-date
• Coordinate internally and externally in the turn up / migration project
• Documentation of Interconnect and Customer Provisioning requirements
• Generate report for management review
• Support normal operation and maintenance in core telephone network
• Implement interconnection test with interconnection carriers
• Perform expansion & platforms acceptance, commissioning and deployment in core telephone network
• Perform software upgrade preparation, verification and deployment in core telephone network
• Analysis complain cases and provide solution with customer support and carrier
• Plan for network change request
• Manage new project, design and implementation
• Documentation of interconnect and customer information/requirements
• Provide technical support in office
• 24 hours on call and onsite support are required

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Telecoms field.
• Candidate with International Telecommunication, Transmission, Network Planning will be an advantage
• Familiar with Signaling Protocols, C7, PRI, SIP, H323
• Graduate level in Telecommunication or Engineering or equivalent
• Network provisioning experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated individual that can initiate actions.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Have the ability to work as a part of a global team
• International travel as needed
