Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analysis and trouble shoot of application hardware problem for early stages of product development;
- Support R&D team in defining product quality plan and product reliability activities;
- Ensure product quality commitments;
- Identify effective root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action for quality issues, customer returns (RMA) and non-conforming material from suppliers;
- Implement quality improvement procedures to drive for continuous improvement in process and product quality;
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing to resolve issues;
Job requirement
- Bachelor in Electronics Engineering;
- At least 3 year experience in semiconductor is preferred, fresh graduates are welcomed;
- Be positive team player and problem solver within tight schedule;
- Creative problem solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/ debugging skills;
- Results driven with high quality deliverables and attention of details;
- Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;
