Job Duty: 

• Handle technical support services, including technical presentations, demonstration, repairing service,  software and hardware support
• Execute quality inspection
• Support marketing activities and product development
• Coordinate and work closely with Purchasing and other departments for overall ordering process 

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of technical experience on fiber optics or telecommunication network, candidate with less experience will be considered as well
• Knowledge in technology disciplines such as data networking, CCTV, fiber-optic and telecommunication
• Experience in dealing with major corporations in finance/ retail/ public transportation/ utilities is a plus
