Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the PIE team to achieve the department objective and goal
• Set up the KPI of the department and monitoring
• Set up improvement plan of the department and monitoring
• To be owner of Pilot run stage until achieving the standard of transferring to mass production stage
• Establish efficient and effective way of failure analysis in order to support the problem solving in the production
• Developing the staff to enhance their professional standard through internal and external training
• Utilize all kind of resources in an effective manner
• Prepare the annual budgeting of the department
• Work closely with PMC, PRD, QC and ENG managers in problem solving and achieving the productivity in good quality standard
• Report the performance of the department with proof of data to the management

Requirements:        

• Degree holder in Manufacturing, Production & Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 8 years solid experience in production engineering field with 3 years in managerial capacity, preferably in consumer electronics industry
• Strong foundation of industrial engineering
• Knowledge of high mix low volume production technique, such as cell production
• Good people management skills
• Skill of use statistic for process control and improvement measures
• SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as written and spoken English
