Job Description
We're looking for a candidate who has a passion in hospitality events and a desire to build a career in event management and marketing services.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Proper training will be provided as entry into the event industry
- Follow-up on event checklists provided by management for all projects for the company
- Manage event logistic, operation planning & liaise with vendors/suppliers
- Assisting the team on other various company programs
- Basic administration and marketing duties pertaining to the company and clients
- Basic programming skills to be taught to qualified candidates
- No sales activities will be required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive attitude a must
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Able to work in an all verbal English environment (Final interview to be conducted in English)
- Degree holder or above in any discipline (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as training will be provided to the right candidates)
