• Higher Diploma or above
• 1 - 2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Responsible for ticketing, reception of tour’s service, handle general enquiry from customers at ticketing counter/onboard, procurement and duty roster arrangement
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Representative
• 9 hours shift duty
