Responsibilities  

• Provide services to a membership programme including reservations, ticketing issue and answer general questions in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills 

 Requirements: 

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Helpful tone and friendly attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Exp. in customer services will be an advantage
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Team Lead

Working Location:

• Tsuen Wan
• Day Time Shift duty is requested, 8.5 hrs x 5 days work per week

• HK$ 14,000~ 20,000 per month
