Job Description
Ocean Park Corporation invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the following vacancy:
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for handling daily operations of the bar including preparing a wide range of beverages from alcoholic to non-alcoholic drinks, taking orders and providing quality services to guests. In addition, he/she will maintain stock level, prepare equipment and monitor the cleanliness of the bar area.
Working hour: 18 hours or more/week
Salary: $80/hour
Requirements
- Form 5 or above- With relevant experience in bar operations is preferable
- With formal training in recognized technical institutions is an advantage
- Good knowledge of wine and cocktail mixing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work outdoor and on shift during weekends and public holidays
