Job Description
Working at ELEMENTS, an over one million square feet shopping mall located at 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon:
Responsibilities:
- To manage the Information Counters at ELEMENTS.
- To handle enquiries and build harmonious relationship with tenants and visitors.
- To provide high quality customer service to tenants and visitors.
- To carry out promotional activities in the mall.
- To assist in resolving complaints by tenants and visitors.
Requirements:
- Secondary 5 or above in hospitality or business-related streams.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Additional language skill is an asset.
- Proficient in common software applications.
- Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills.
Candidates with higher caliber will be considered for the Senior Customer Services Officer position.
