Company Description
Our client is a well-known American casual fine dining restaurant. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a District Manager or General Manager to looking after multiple outlets in both Hong Kong and Macau.
Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor and coach to motivate team members to perform their duties
- Assist in set up operational procedures and goals so to monitor overall sales performance and service quality of the team
- To analyze and report regularly on operational performance of stores within the assigned district
- Formulate and execute sales plan in order to achieve sales target
- Manage food production flow, review food quality and service standards and provide guidance, instructions to the team and ensure effective cost and wastage control
- Prepare and archive operational budgets and forecasts periodically.
- To work closely with all functional teams to drive business results.
- Execute established brand standards and carried out effectively
- Build a strong relationship and loyalty with customers
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in district operations management from catering industry
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Good leadership skill, communication skill, analytical skill and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and management;
- Hands-on experience in PC applications of MS Office
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant General Manager
