Our client is one of the leading provider of premium Customer Care and Concierge Services to key target segments and members. They are looking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join their Hong Kong Assistance Center to deliver professional concierge services to customers

• Working location at Quarry Bay
• Basic Salary at HK$15,000
• Shift duty, 5 days per week  

The Job: -

• Provide professional concierge & customer services to clients at the Assistance Center via phone calls or email
• Handle customer inquiries globally and fulfil customer requests on Airport limousine services
• Communicate with customers in a timely, friendly, professional & courteous manner
• Resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers

The Person:

• 2 years relevant customer service experience in travel/tourism, hospitality, retail or hotel services
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Enjoy helping people and solving problems
• Customer-oriented, good communication skills & team player
• Patient, polite and good telephone manner
• Able to work flexible shift hours (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
