Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Hospitality Studies or equivalent
• 3-5 years relevant experience in customer relations management
• Experience in serving privilege members or VIP is highly preferred
• Customer-focused, diligent, self-initiative, energetic and presentable
• Computer knowledge in MS Office including Word and Outlook
• Proficient in communication of both English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and consistent level services to privilege guests and members
• Effectively manage members’ interaction, identify their needs and provide solutions
• Responsible for premium services reservation and facilities booking arrangement
