Job Responsibilities

• Responsibilities for the daily operations of Front Desk and all related Guest Services, including enquiries and greeting & serving hotel guests
• Ensure provide the high quality of hotel services standard
• Conduct on-the-job training to Front Office Staff
• Handle emergency case and Complaint
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as required
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management is preferred
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences with minimum 1 year experience in Supervisory Level
• Service oriented, hardworking and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Overnight shift is required
