Responsibilities:

• To conduct and supervise repair & maintenance works of branches, offices and facilities,
• To oversee renovation works and site development projects, and co-ordinate with departments, consultants and contractors to ensure on time completion with specifications and requirements compliance,
• To obtain quotations and tenders, and provide professional technical advices,
• Overall project planning, co-ordination and works progress monitoring,
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Min. 3 years’ relevant hands-on technical and supervisory experience
• Independent, strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Hardworking, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Good command of English and Chinese, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
